Roots in Marketing & Strategy

I cut my teeth at PwC, where I advised advertising best practices to public-sector giants like the Ministry of Defence and the NHS. I then moved on to ThirtyThree, taking on client management for brands like McDonald's, EE, and BT.

A Transition into Leadership

In 2018, I took a leadership role at Symphony Talent, responsible for B2B sales and brand strategy. Under my watch, we grossed £3.5 million annually through the roll-out of a SaaS programmatic advertising platform across EMEA.

On the Frontlines of Startups

I went on to head the marketing for beBettor, a B2B startup. Here, I built a marketing function from scratch and executed strategies that increased annual recurring revenue from £0.25M to £2.25M in just 5 months. We also raised a significant £3.7M in seed funding,

 

Transforming a business

As Head of Marketing at Impact Cubed, I orchestrated a comprehensive organisational rebrand, which included everything from a website overhaul to the revitalisation of our social media presence and product offerings. Simultaneously, I led a tech stack transformation, coupled with a total makeover of our lead generation strategy, significantly increasing our conversion from Marketing-Qualified Leads to Sales-Qualified Meetings. The outcome has been more than just short-term growth; the strategies I’ve put in place are designed for long-term sustainability and have resulted in an increased customer base, higher customer satisfaction, and improved retention rates.
